We provide an estimated time of arrival in advance of the appointment and call when on our way.
A problematic boiler often has a broken or worn part. Parts are not replaced during a standard service and therefore an existing fault will not be remedied. Advise of the fault when booking a service so we can allow enough time to diagnose the fault and provide a quote fot the repair.
To ensure the safety and reliability of our work, parts are sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not work with parts sourced by the customer unless the circumstances are exceptional and have been agreed in advance.
We use dust sheets on every visit and leave no mess at all.
If the service reveals a fault you can be provided with a quotation for repair. If the fault is minor we will fix it free of charge where applicable.
A service is an inspection and a clean where required. Gas checks will ensure safe operation and you will be provided with advice on current regulations. Radiator checks and bleeding is available upon request.
Switch off boilers and fires before the engineer arrives so that they are cool enough to work on. Provide adequate access to the relevant work area and the controls in the airing cupboard.
Generally boilers are expected to last 10-15 years.
It is recommended to have all gas appliances checked annually.
It is recommended to have your boiler checked annually and this is a legal requirement for rented accommodation.

The business will arrange a convenient date to come and view and/or remedy the situation within 28 days.
In the unlikely event the business is unable to resolve your complaint having exhausted the business complaints procedure, it may be necessary to use another complaint service.
